Evee Burgard
Evee Burgard’s work is rooted in a personal turning point. At the beginning of 2024, she stepped away from a 30-year executive career, including CMO and VP of Marketing roles, to be with her mother through the end of her life. During that time, a friend asked her a simple question: What do you want to do next? Her answer came without hesitation: I want to change the world. I want to help people find and execute their dreams.
After settling her mother’s estate and moving back west, Evee began searching for what her next chapter should look like. The opportunities in front of her didn’t align with the clarity she had gained. When she enrolled in the Win@Work coaching program with Coach Eric Woodard, the experience reshaped her direction. Surrounded by people pursuing meaningful change, she recognized that her work was no longer about climbing another ladder. It was about helping people unlock a level of ambition and capability they hadn’t yet given themselves permission to pursue. Evee continues to work with Eric as her coach, maintaining the same commitment to growth and accountability that she brings to her clients.
Today, Evee works with ambitious professionals who know they are capable of more but can’t see what’s standing in the way. Her focus is clarity, decision-making, and execution. Through deep, structured conversations, she helps clients uncover the internal and external constraints shaping their behavior, including outdated narratives, misaligned priorities, unclear positioning, or fear disguised as logic, and turn those constraints into solvable problems.

Evee’s executive background spans more than two decades, leading high-performance marketing and growth organizations in complex, high-pressure environments. That experience informs her work today. She understands performance not as theory, but as something that must function in the real world.

Peggy Kaelin
Peggy Kaelin’s work is driven by a deep curiosity about what sits beneath the surface of performance. Trained extensively as a sales executive and home buying specialist, she built her career by learning how to look past the obvious and uncover the truth behind the truth. That instinct to dig deeper defines her work today.
As a mother of a son in college, Peggy watched talented graduates struggle to find work in their chosen professions, often settling for low-wage jobs simply to get by. When she saw the transformation happening through Evee’s coaching program, she immediately recognized the impact this work could have. She committed herself to learning the same tools and frameworks so she could help young professionals and ambitious adults alike pursue careers that reflect their real potential, not just what feels available.
Peggy works with people who feel plateaued, professionals who know they have more to give but can’t see why progress has slowed. She helps clients examine the patterns shaping their performance, including communication habits, self-perception, risk tolerance, and relationship dynamics. Once those patterns are visible, change becomes practical and immediate.

With more than 25 years of leadership experience building high-performing sales organizations, Peggy brings deep insight into motivation, trust, and human behavior. She also serves as a board member of Exposher, where she volunteers and leads fundraising efforts, reinforcing her commitment to helping organizations and individuals grow with purpose. She understands how performance grows from relationships, with others and with oneself, and helps clients strengthen both.
